Shipping Policy
All products are made to order. Orders first go through production, then are shipped by the selected Print Provider using an available shipping service. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary by product, destination, season, and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery times
- Economy: 4–8 business days for domestic US delivery, where available.
- Standard: 2–5 business days for domestic US delivery and 10–30 business days for international delivery.
- Priority: Approximately 2–3 business days domestically or 3–5 business days internationally, depending on availability.
- Express: Approximately 2–3 business days, including production, where available for eligible products.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete address information may be delayed, returned, or require additional shipping costs. Orders that cannot be delivered may be returned to an unbranded Printify or Print Provider facility.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If an order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo so we can review the issue.
